The AI Trust & Safety Workshop is a three-day training programme designed to strengthen Trinidad and Tobago's capacity to govern, manage, and respond to risks associated with artificial intelligence.
The workshop brings together public sector leaders, policy experts, legal professionals, and technical specialists to build a shared understanding of AI governance, operational oversight, and technical risk management. Participants explore how governments can safely enable AI adoption while protecting citizens, institutions, and critical systems.
The workshop took place on 3 March 2026 – 5 March 2026.
Day 1: Foundations and Leadership Opportunities for AI Trust & Safety
