Application Process:
Application Forms are accessible from the ITEC website and must be completed and endorsed by the Head of Division with justification for their selection. Kindly note that the dates of some of the ITEC courses listed in the brochure are yet to be confirmed. Accordingly, MDAs are advised to contact the PSA to obtain the updated calendar as it becomes available.
Completed forms (soft copies) must be submitted to Ms. Delisa Ramdass, Planning, Human Resource Management Division, MPAAI.

International Course on Community-Based Disaster Risk Management Plans
Strengthen the skills necessary for the preparation, development and/or updating of the communal/local plans for Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and Emergency Plans (EP), as instruments for local planning in Disaster Risk Management.
International Course on Public Sector Management in the Age of Artificial Intelligence
Strengthening strategic decision-making in public administration by addressing the identification and mitigation of cognitive biases, the analysis of complex scenarios, and the use of conceptual tools to evaluate diverse alternatives. It also delves into the government agenda, stakeholder mapping and management, and the design of citizen participation mechanisms. Furthermore, it explores the potential and ethical challenges of Artificial Intelligence in public decision-making.
Data Science for Public Policy
The course "Data Science for Public Policy" offers a practical introduction to Data Science applied to public policy and government management. Participants will explore the foundational concepts of the field — including Big Data, Data Mining, and the CRISP-DM methodology — and examine how data is transforming decision-making in the public sector through relevant case studies and real-world applications
