Workshop Facilitators
Christophe Ji
Christophe Ji is a Data Policy Analyst at the UNDP's Chief Digital Office, where he manages the Data to Policy Initiative and the Development Data Partnership. He holds dual Master's degrees in Public Administration and International Relations from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, and a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy from Syracuse University.
Aparna Bhushan
Aparna Bhushan is the Data Protection & AI Governance Lead at UNDP. With experience spanning Big Tech and the UN system, she specializes in building and operationalizing data governance, data protection, and responsible AI frameworks that enable innovation while safeguarding rights, trust, and accountability.
A trained lawyer, Aparna has previously served as the Head of Privacy at a Fortune 500 e-commerce company and held data policy roles at Meta, Adobe and various startups where she led global privacy programs and advised product, engineering, and leadership teams in complex, high-growth environments.
