Tsunami on the Coast of Latin America and the Caribbean: Scientific Basis, Threat and Vulnerability

The objective of this diploma is to provide theoretical and practical knowledge that will strengthen tsunami risk reduction actions in their role as members of their respective countries' tsunami warning systems. The Diploma will address the phenomenon comprehensively, considering scientific aspects, which will help improve their understanding of how to assess the threat, the social aspects involved, and operational processes.
