In observance of Cybersecurity Awareness Month in October 2025, the Ministry of Public Administration and Artificial Intelligence (MPAAI) hosted Cybersecure Saturdays at ICT Access Centres nationwide. These sessions were designed to empower citizens with practical knowledge and skills to safeguard themselves, their communities, and by extension Trinidad and Tobago and engender a sense of 'responsible digital citizenship' in an increasingly digital world. As of 23rd May, 2025, the Ministry of Public Administration and the Ministry of Digital Transformation have merged to form the Ministry of Public Administration and Artificial Intelligence (MPAAI). This change is officially documented in Gazette #81.
The Minister of MPAAI is Senator The Honourable Dominic Smith.
