Industry 4.0 and Innovation Management
The course will explore the evolving innovation landscape, the transformative and disruptive potential of new technology developments, and Singapore's strategy in harnessing innovation for sustainable economic growth in a knowledge-based economy.
Sustainable Financing of Cities
This course will equip participants with practical knowledge in the sustainable financing of urban infrastructure initiatives by taking a holistic approach that considers pertinent and inter-linked issues, in particular Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG).
Harmonization and Key Legal Instruments of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL)
This course will provide an overview of international trade law and key legal instruments prepared and recommended by UNCITRAL, the core legal body of the United Nations in the field of international trade law. Participants will have greater understanding of the legal issues and solutions provided by UNCITRAL instruments, including insights on instruments that Singapore participated actively in developing as a member of UNCITRAL.
The State of Blue Carbon Science, Policy and Finance
This course will serve to enhance participants’ understanding of the science, policy and financing tools available to conserve and restore coastal blue carbon ecosystems in the region. It will strengthen knowledge on the potential for blue carbon implementation in the region via sharing of lessons learned from countries already working to implement blue carbon projects. It will also build up the technical capacity needed by countries to implement priority national blue carbon actions.
